TriggerIdea is a private wellness app for a small, allowlisted set of users. We only collect the data needed to provide the diet calendar features you use.

What we collect

Account info from Google Sign-In (email, display name, profile photo).
Diet log data you enter (steps, activity minutes, notes, goals).
Calendar metadata when you connect Google Calendar (event titles and times).

How we use your data

To show your daily/weekly/monthly diet calendar and summaries.
To calculate your suggested calorie range based on your inputs.
To overlay your Google Calendar events if you connect it.

Google Calendar access

If you connect Google Calendar, TriggerIdea requests read-only access to your calendar events. We display event titles and times in your calendar views. We do not edit or delete events.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). Access is restricted to allowlisted accounts and protected by Firebase security rules.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is only used to provide the app’s features.
